For a while, Special Operations had been pursuing a research project into the use of Superhero technology in the form of suits made in a plant discovered in the Ghostwheel complex at Cheyenne Mountain.

Despite the efforts of a number of researchers, it has proved impossible to make this technology safe for use.

It has therefore become necessary to close this program, and any agents still in possession of these suits are advised to return them to the Spec Ops research facility at Hole in the Ground, Washington, for destruction.
