For those who want to keep track of such things, the Queen of Air and Darkness has taken up much more permanent residence in the 4th Abyss Realm and abdicated her Faerie throne.
Marilyn Monroe, whose death appears to have been substantially exaggerated, now holds that Crown.
Can someone tell me of a time where things have not been interesting?

I think there is a difference between being that Queen of the Unseelie Court of St. James and being the Queen of Air and Darkness. Granted, this may have been clear, especially to those that were present for Marilyn’s ascension, but the distinction is something of import. Mab is still Q of Air and Darkness and any pledges to her personally, are still binding. Pledges to the Q of the unseelie court made while Mab was that Queen, I wager those are still pledges to her personally.
I think she took all the China and left Marilyn with a property that could have really used a good inspection.
Does anything that happened in Vegas’ Murder Club seem at odds with my assertions?
I have seen my grandmother and she seeks to build her Abyss realms and she will be taking people(indebted ones at the very least) to help populate and protect it. She does not mean to stay in the BrownWater for long….as surprise to no one.
Didn’t say she ceded her title as Queen of Air and Darkness, merely that she abdicated her Faerie throne in St. James. I’m not entirely certain what the former actually means, and mostly, I refuse out of long habit to say or even write her name, and it seemed like the best way to make it clear who I meant.
As for the rest of what you’ve said, that may be entirely true, or partially true. I wasn’t privy to any negotiations on who might or might not be released from any personal oaths sworn. I do know that the new Queen is certainly looking for people she deems trustworthy, since she is going to do at least some cleaning of house and putting her own people into positions close to her.
I have not applied, to this point. She would very much rather I took the proverbial plunge, abandon my humanity, and go the High Fae route and become part of the Unseelie Court that way. If I appear to be seriously considering that, please knock some sense into me, it’ll mean I need it.
Bill, I am not sure. I think it may be time to get my mother out of her Vegas cell and apply to her sense of gratitude for the rescue and share information with us.
How badly do you want Maeve out and what are you intending to do with her? I’ve got a bit of an axe to grind with her right now, given that she kidnapped my mother and was trying to have her killed.
She is my mother. As far as axes go, the cue starts after me. Don’t mistake my interest for sentiment, it is for intelligence gathering and stop her from being used for the 27 club major demon. That is far more important than either my axe or yours.

Has anyone every looked into why Fae supposedly hate Demons? I find it all suspect.
The fae here are but a shadow of the High Sidhe . But to become one of them or their less version here, is a limitation of your potential.
They are part of the same paradox apparently.
