And this Blessing is not just offered in Federation or Imperial lands. We offer it to all, freely asked and freely given, wherever they may be.

Let it be further muttered behind hands that shield the speaking lips, that, while we remain very good friends, my marriage to the First President of the Federation, Randol Yorke, has reached its end.
