Given that the Technocracy has an external base on the Outside, it is assumed that the Machine may have something similar. Certainly, the Machine is active on various Shadows of the Outside, including St.James.
If it works on the same theory as Seconde, it will not have an ATS Logrus iteration that can be Piloted to from the Inside, but could have data links between it and the Internal Datastream.
