His Imperial Majesty Sirius IV, 15th Emperor of Eboracum, decrees in the 1st amendment to the 6th Imperial Decree, the founding of the External Empire, under the rule of his son, Field Marshall George Helgram, duly appointed as Regens.
With this announcement on the 21st December in the year 759, the Empire finally founded an official presence in the Outside, establishing the gateway world of Casablanca as it’s External Capital.
George is in the process of appointing his own chosen ministers to fill positions of government that parallel their equivalent’s in his father’s administration in Eboracum. His wedding to Arnhilde Aasgard, a leader of a family of Viking heritage, from St. James takes place on the winter solstice in Casablanca exactly one year after the External Empire is founded.
