Foreign Minister of Casablanca
Just retired from the Special Operations Space Division on St. James, Sam Carter has finally yielded to her father Graeme Helgram III’s entreaties to come and be part of the Casablanca adventure.
Samantha was the second daughter to come out of the brief and tempestuous marriage between Graeme and Olivia North. Placed on St. James by her mother who received custody of her after the initial divorce, she had been a long serving member of the SG1 team out of Cheyenne Mountain, before taking command of the Special Operations space battleship Promethius.
Welcoming her to her new position, the Regens has also commissioned her into the Imperial Army at the rank of Brigadier, and bestowed on her the title Honoured Marquise.
