The ruler of the External Empire is a career military officer with what is now known to be an excellent pedigree. His battle honours are numerous, particularly in the wars against the Federation.
George only recently learned of his father. He had long known that his mother was the Praefectus Classis Honoured Lady Olivia North, but until the fact that the Emperor Sirius was revealed to be the son of Roland, she had kept the fact that George was a son of Sirius to herself, feeling it would be an unhelpful impediment to the natural progression of George’s military career.
The elevation of Casablanca from an outpost world to the capital of an Empire has presented many new and interesting challenges for George, not least being the establishment of a household fitting to the purpose of rule.
