Nobody knows for sure where Larsen came from – his existence has only just been discovered in the year 758.
It would appear that there is also a new Power through which Larsen can grant the abilities of Larceny to his priesthood, though the location of this power is as yet unknown, as are the requirements necessary to allow initiation to it.
